Here is an interesting piece of info...
S. tells me that good Rosé wine should be the color of an onion skin.
This was house wine but it was the right color and really was excellent. I am not a rosé drinker, but this was good.
Also, at this restaurant, the special was "Boite Chaud"...or Hot Box...camembert cheese in a box, baked in the oven....oh how I love that....and what a great name. First time we had heard that.
