I decided to see what was up in the mountains above the sea. I have a detailed map, so found some roads that went up and took off on a little excursion. It was very very hot so the vegetation was minimal. I would love to see it in the spring. You could feel that everything was about to catch fire. There were beautiful vistas of the sea...through a haze.
