Finding the Apartment By Car

Not as difficult as finding the Best Western in Bologna. There are lot's of one way streets. We had to keep circling around and asking people. At one point, 2 men disagreed if we were to turn left or right...
We eventually found it and checked in.
It was a little ways out of the center. I was able to park on the street as we were told they only patrol that street 2x a year for parking tickets. That was an advantage.

The apartment was run down and really needed to be painted and redone. There were things broken. The kitchen was not done well.

But, It was comfortable, the AC was good, the water stayed hot in the shower, the WiFi Was good, it had a terrace ( we only used it once, but it was nice) and the price was cheap.

We booked last minute so there was nothing else available. I am always leery of booking a place without reviews. There was a book that people left reviews in in the house...mostly American's and everyone loved it.

I think I would stay there again....It could be nicer but then it could be much more expensive.
