Difficult Menu

There were 4 teenagers sitting at the next table over. I saw that they ordered these roll type things and had a platter of cheese and procuitto. I watched them assemble little sandwiches with it. I take it that this is traditional in this area....so, I ordered the same thing. It lasted 3 days for me...too much food.
I started with a tortillini with ricotta and sage...excellent.

The rolls in the foreground were ruffed out filled with air...perhaps deep fried.
The other ones were like compressed biscuits.
