Beautiful Indoor Market in Modena ( see food after flowers)















Branzino . I do not like whole fish, but this is a great fish to eat whole. I have had it in Greece, Italy and France...it is very clean, no fishy taste. I have had it boiled with herbs and garlic, grilled and in aluminum foil on a fire.
If I was more adventurous. I would try to make this. European seabass.
