I made this dish last week. As usual, I improvise. I had to make my own bread crumbs as you cannot find them here. It's basically stuffed calamari. I found the recipe in Sauveur Magazine. I think it was pretty good. ( 7 out of 10) I didn't buy enough Calamari so I stuffed a tomato and some eggplant. I also added shrimp to the recipe.
For desert, I made was a bit of a bust. I could not find cocoa powder (???) and had to use a pre packaged gooey chocolate stuff.
It was 3 out of 10.
