It's very cold...frost every where. You can see your breath.

 We came across 2 nice donkeys and a sheep. Emile would not stand for it so I had to take a quick snap. Had he not been there, I could have petted these girls, they seemed very friendly.
Look at the view! Outstanding. The view is north, up the gorge du loup. There will be snow that sticks there soon.

Beautiful light, shapes and colors. The sun highlights the leaves and I capture them. These colors are all as I found them, no changing.

Beautiful light at about 11 am. This was an area above St Paul that I often drive by. Today we stopped. There are trails everywhere. I love to shoot into the light when it is lighting up the leaves. 

The "smoke " shrub ( cotinus) Plant, that I know from California, growls wild here. In the fall the colors change and move toward red. Macro shots to come.
