Lunch at Guilliuame

busy, yellow colored seafood restaurant. They squeezed me onto the banquet in the bar. Everyone knew each other here and were all chatting away. Excellent service, but very expensive. They had a carpaccio festival going on. The woman next to me and her 2 daughters had the carpaccio. It looked like a bright red pizza when it came out on big flat plates with toppings. I should have tried that.


Lobster Bisque...different, kind of grainy...no explanation for the aioli and cheese. I put some of the cheese in the soup and the aioli on the toast. Interesting and expensive...19 euro!
