The Promenade was shut down for some kind of Manifestation so I had to sort how to get into the appointment using the roads in the city. I usually go along the sea and then dive in, follwing the signs for the parking garages. This is my technique. I know where many of the parking garages are. I wouldn't attempt to park on the street...although, I think most French people park on the street.
I don't even attempt it.
I was happy to see that I was able to find my way through the city streets.

| Lunch at my favorite place in the old town. It's closed in the winter but open now. They have the best socca. No sitting inside...all communal benches outside.
