Today...a mix.

I found a used bicycle on Le Bon Coin, a Craig's List kind of site, here in France. The woman lived in St. Isador. I had never been there before and she wasn't very forthcoming with directions.
Nice is on a hill that goes down to the sea. The center is just back from the sea but above, are houses and apartment. St. Isador is a  western suburb on a very steep hill with a winding road.
I don't know how I found the house. The road is dangerous and there are a lot of cars on it so I passed the house a few times as I drove back and forth trying to hone in.

The woman came out, smoking her E Cigarette. She was very nice. The house she lives in was owned by some famous painter that I had never heard of...a symbolist. I wish she had asked me in, I would have loved to have taken a look.
Here is the bike. I just wanted it for the promenade...It could be a little lighter. It's difficult to wrestle it into my car. I don't know if I can put a bike rack on my car with the tire on the back. I can' think of a soul that would help me...I miss REI!  I need an associate.
This bike is cool and is comfortable.,,,and it's fashionably bla
ck.
