Tagliatelle with St Jacques, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms with a slight curry sauce. Note how in France scallops are served with the orange part still connected. ( I had never see the orange part on a scallop before I moved to france.)...The sauce was some kind of mild curry sauce...It was very good.
The place was packed when I got there...they ran out of moules...and that is what I wanted to have.
I sat next to a family of 4, all with glasses on, all very serious. The 2 little boys ( maybe 5 and 7) had their glasses strapped onto their heads so as not to lose them. I watched the little one eat chocolate ice cream, stirring it and stirring it around...and then he would look up at his mother, who was watching him...and then he went back to stirring...Then he was forced to use the bathroom with his father so there would be no trouble later trying to find a bathroom for him. He was not happy and protested.
Did not seem like a fun time at all.
