We had the pizza. The first 6
or so small ones that we cut into 8 pieces and did not have anything on them,
just the dough. It was really good that way. We also had the procuitto and
cotto ham that Alberto brought. He raised and slaughtered the pig himself. Alessandra made eggplant and zucchini. There
was Faxe beer, (?) 2 kinds of red wine and Proseco to start. After about an
hour, Olinto started making pizza with tomatosauce and cheese…then Riccardo (
the boy with the piercings and punk hair do) made pizza with ham and cheese.
I don’t know how they could
eat so much.
After that, Alessandra brought out an apple pie
that was fantastic. She is a great cook. Espresso was served ( at 10:30) and
then chocolate grappa that was like tasty mud
