We took off early on Sunday looking to go on a new trail. There was a sign that suggested that climbing up would get you to the flat plain below the Baou.

I found this area that is not too far from the house. I had instructions, but I pulled off too soon. We parked and took off straight uphill. I thought for sure that it would flatten out, but it didn't...we pushed through prickers, over crumbling rock...but with a view of the sea and the beautiful countryside. It was a bit hazy.
I could tell it was too difficult for Kate, she kept sitting down. But, we kept going until we eventually lost the trail.
We made our way back down. I wanted to do more but my gas level was very low...I thought I'd go just a little further.
