Le Loup

I took these quick pictures the other day when I went on a small hike with S. I had never been atop the cliffs to this vantage point. I have taken a million pictures from down at the ground level. It's such a beautiful, really special place. I am told that you can walk all the way down to the sea along the river. The going gets tough after our swimming hole.
I am already seeing how crowded it gets down there in summer. Yesterday, cars were parked all over the place at the entrance. We will have to go at off times.
This is not far from where my friend S. has his creations in the forest. People have picnics and bonfires at this spot. S. said that's it's the kind of spot where you can't let your kids out of your sight, or where you tell your kids to go a little further closer to the edge. I kept both dogs on the leash although, I know Kate can handle herself.
