Today, I took a friends daughter ( English) to a horse event in Cagnes. The 2nd picture is a good depiction of the mood of the 2 hours spent.
She wanted to ride the bull. I wasn't going to stop here. They were playing Dolly Parton music and had big US flages. Is that what they think of us? When she was eventually thrown, of course, she hurt her thumb, temporarily.
She walked way behind me ( as she does with her parents) . I guess she's at that age.
We saw some beautiful horses.
