| The dog on the right is suppossed to be the best at flushing out the boars. The dogs were all sweet and friendly, the they are not treated as pets, really. The men love the dogs, but I bet they aren't even allowed in the house. MUCH different than in France. |
When I walked out to leave the restaurant, a big group of hunters arrived in their suv's with dogs . I started looking at one truck and I realized, there were wild boars thrown in the back. The dog was in his box with the dead boars in front of him. He must have been going crazy from the smell. Can you see his nose?
Then, a hunter called me over to see 3 tied on the front of this little jeep. It was a bit shocking. I'm keeping the pictures small as it was pretty gruesome.
