Wobbly but filled with Chicken Peas and Carrots. |
He is in pain but so much better. He is eating like a champ. The doctor tells me that he can only eat meat or fish with vegetables, 3x per day. Who knew that both he and Kate like carrots and peas.
I have to lift him up to go over a small wall to use the facilities ( he is heavy)
The picture below is of his belly with the big bandage over the incision.
What must he think? He can't possibly understand that the piece of plastic had to come out of him. He doesn't know that he ate the wrong thing and it caused him all of these problems. He just knows that I took him ( numerous times) to see doctors that did all kinds of stuff to him. Then one doctor kept him for 2 days and now he has a big boo boo on his tummy. He knows that he feels off.
Does he blame it on me? He doesn't seem to be mad at me. In fact, he is hanging very close.
I have been calling him Lazarus as to me, it's like he came back from the dead. I could not feel more fortunate to have him here with me.
