Paddle Boarding in Cannes

I met a group of people from the website "Internations" in Cannes to go paddle boarding. It was the first time for me. I got there early. The light was incredible. You can rent the paddle board and paddle for 8 euro for an hour. They give you a quick rundown as to how to do it. Then, they set you off.
At first, I stayed on my knees like everyone else, but eventually, we all tried standing up.  It was great. I fell 1x as I was distracted. But, you struggle back on, to your knees again and then up on your feet.
We cruised around for the hour...my Italian/American Friend A, and new people from France, from Italy from the US. It was an interesting group...I felt bad for one hybrid british man...He could not stay standing and kept falling. Some in the group did not even try to get up.
There were people doing yoga on the boards.
I am happy to say that I did well.  It effected me in the legs most, they were shaking, and my feet were cramping up from gripping. It's a good work out.
The water was so clear....this is a beautiful part of Cannes that I hadn't seen before...morning sun, facing east. It is about 20 miles from where I live.

I did forget to say that at the end we took out one of the boats that 6 people crew. They have a big pontoon on one side. It was a good ten minute work out for the arms. You can see it in the 3rd pic. 10 minutes for free.
