I took a side road to a small spot called Mejanes. I never saw an actual town, just an arena with no one around. The sun was burning white hot here. It is right on the edge of the marsh / pond ( Etang). It looks like there are many events held here. It looks like a fun place. There is a big bar and restaurant, a little train that takes you into the marsh to see the flamingos and other wildlife. There are hiking trails. I would love to go back to this place and see an event.It holds many people. Of course there are white horses all around. I didn't see any wild ones. It's beautiful in this spot. There is more to learn about Mejanes for me.
