Hotel in Nimes

I checked into the Hotel and the troubles began. It's a nice place, but it keeps letting me down. They make a big deal out of being a spa, but they never answered my emails about getting a massage and when I went there to check on it, I was told they were completely booked for 3 days.
The Wifi is out....The restaurants in the hotel ( it is outside of the town),and there are 2, are a bit over the top. The one on the top floor is SUPER expensive. I went up to have a glass of wine because you can't have dinner downstairs till 8. They ignored me for a long time...I was in no mood, and gave a look to the Maitre-de and they hopped to it.
Outside it's 34 C...VERY hot...like a bulls breath. But the AC is very good in the room.
The hotel is called        LETAV....If I put it backwards, it's not searchable.
I'm going to go off to dinner downstairs...Hopefully all will go well.
I am a clumsy traveller.
