A chaste widow, Judith, enters tent of Assyrian General that is keen on her...He is about to destroy her home, the city of Bethulia ( somewhere in the holy land) ...there is no sex. Holo gets drunk, passes out and then Judith cuts off his head. She makes off with it in a basket or by an old crone servant ( take your pick) .
Here is my favorite version, Carvaggio...which I have seen in Rome.
St. Sebastian.

dies 288ad.
Killed during Diocletian's persecution of Christians. He was a captain in the Praetorian Guard in Rome, when they found out he was a Christian, his luck ran out. 4He was tied to a tree and shot through with arrows...rescued by Irene of Rome...healed up...went out and denounced Diocletian and then was clubbed to death for it.
Saint popular among soldiers and athletes..."Patron Saint of Sports"?
My favorite version being Andrea Mantegna...all of his versions as he did a few.
