I was going to to to another swimming spot but I drove by this piste and there was not one there. We hadn't been to this spot in awhile. I thought that my shooting possibilities would be over in this beautiful place. I thought it would be crowded or all dried out. I was wrong. There were more flowers than in the spring and different ones. There were daisies, cupid's arrows, wild sweet peas, wild salvia, blue vetch, and many many more plus colorful bugs and all kinds of butterflies. I did not have my good camera, so I need to go back.
We walked to the small waterfall and had a nice swim.
Kate must have every stick. Emile did not want to go into the deep water. I had to coax him. I don't think he likes the cold water. His teeth chatter.
Kate sticks her head all the way underwater to get sticks. When she gets the stick she runs a little ways away and piles up the stick so Emile and I can't get them.
The pictures are not so good. I'm not sure it's due to the damaged camera or the fact that I was in a spot that was just green upon green upon green.
When I go back to shoot I will have to be dipped in insect repellant and be totally covered as there are bugs galore.
