Lunch at Le Cheiron

I had eaten at this restaurant the first year I was here. It's not easy to walk in as you can't see inside...I just opened the door ( everyone turns and looks) and took the leap. They were so nice to me and the food was excellent. I was happy to take S. to somewhere he hasn't gone before.
Tapanade

Cafe Dog. Emile received ohhhs and ahhhs. People love him! Le Vedette ( star) .

Wonderful...warm Camembert with Charcuterie ( also came with Frites) We split everyhting. This is the first time I have had warm camembert...it was like a grilled cheese sandwich without bread. SO GOOD.

S. was  wanting "Daube" for days. I had never had it before. Daube is a stew made of game. In this case, Elk or Moose and Deer served on Tagliatelle. This is a half serving as they split it for us so that we could share.

A wonderfully traditional restaurant.
