Nimes

We had our first lunch in Nimes. S. had a dessert, Chocolate Fondant which I don't really understand...It was some kinds of custard with a big wad of chocolate. S. said many times that is was the BEST desert that she had had here in France.
It was a French Bistro...The waiter was happy that I was talking to him in French. He slammed ketchup down on our table in an attempt to insult. I asked for mustard to counter move.
