Pizza is very popular here. Along the main roads there are trucks set up with pizza ovens. You pull up and get your pizza. It is very thin crusted and there are many choices. This one is "Bio" and is on the road close to La Colle. It's not open consistently but in the summer it promises to be open all of the time. I can't quiet make heads or tails of when it is open at this time of year.
The most interesting pizza this stand has is "La Douce" or Sweet.
It has tomato, goat cheese, sweet onions, honey, and nuts. 14 euro...interesting. I will have to try that one.
I found out that on Sunday evenings, all of the Boulangerie's are open too and busy. This is curious as everything else is shut down tight on Sundays.
