We went down for a walk along the river today. Since there were 2 days of rain, the river was really high and moving swiftly. Both dogs had to stay on their leashes as they would get swept away in the torrent. What a color the water was. It looked like great white water rafting. The water was turquoise.
It was very sunny so I could see little plaques all along the bottom of the cliffs showing different climbing routes. The cliffs are very steep and must be great fun to climb.
I passed two men checking out the site for climbing possibilities.
