Le Poisson

I am learning;
Le Dos de Cabillaud  ( the BACK of Cod)
Le longe d'espadon  ( the LOIN of swordfish)

At the supermarket, the fish section had a rope barrier...you stnad in front of the barrier and looks the the fish displayed on ice. There are fisher people with bright blue rubber aprons, boots and hats that serve you. There is a particular 20 something boy that now knows me and I order from him. I have made out well in the fish department. Snails, Escargot, are big in the fish area....but there not fish...I will try to cook some eventually.

Wish I cpould get some pictures of all of this.
